We are committed to responsible, sustainable and ethical growth. An ethics charter to support our values
Our ethics charter is the foundation of our corporate culture. It defines the fundamental principles that guide our day-to-day decisions and behaviour, emphasising integrity, respect, responsibility and transparency
By fostering an ethical and responsible working environment, we create a sustainable climate of trust, both internally and with our partners. It is our commitment to irreproachable conduct that ensures the longevity of our reputation and our business.

A code of conduct for responsible partnerships
We expect our suppliers and partners to share our commitment to social, environmental and ethical responsibility. Our supplier code of conduct sets out clear requirements in terms of working conditions, respect for human rights, environmental protection and legal and ethical business compliance.
It is part of our desire to establish sustainable and virtuous relationships, based on mutual respect and shared responsibility.

Equality at work, a sustainable performance issue
Each year, in accordance with current regulations, we measure and publish our gender equality index. This indicator measures pay gaps, promotions, increases and the representation of women in positions of responsibility.
This transparent approach enables us to identify areas for improvement and to implement concrete actions to promote pay equity, access to promotions and diversity.
Whether through training, internal promotion or our recruitment policy, we are constantly striving to create a fairer, more inclusive working environment that reflects the diversity of our talents..
The overall result of our Gender Equality Index for 2024 is 91/100.
The EcoVadis label, recognition of our commitment
Our CSR performance is independently assessed by EcoVadis, the world’s leading organisation for rating sustainable practices. This label recognises our efforts in the environmental, social, ethical and responsible purchasing fields. It testifies to our ongoing commitment to integrating the principles of sustainable development into the heart of our operations and strategy. It is a mark of confidence for our customers, partners and investors, attesting to our maturity in terms of CSR.
Thanks to our daily efforts, we are proud to have been awarded the Silver Medal for the second year running, with a score of 71/100 and a Percentile of 89th.
